Can you change an order placed online?

NO. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed.

Do you ship outside the United States?

NO. Currently we will only ship inside the US.

Do you sell cigarettes online?

NO. We do not sell cigarettes online, we only sell cigars, pipes, and products related to them that we may have in stock.

Do you sell Cuban cigars?

NO. It is illegal for us to sell a Cuban cigar. We do offer great cigars just as good, and better than Cuban cigars.

Why does the site ask me if I am 21 or older?

Anyone under the age of 21 cannot legally purchase tobacco products.

What is your return policy?

We currently accept no refunds/returns, we do accept returns if there was a shipping error, and you recieved the wrong product. In that case, we will take the return and send you the right order immediatley.

Can I call the store for questions?

Yes you may! All of our contact information is located on the "Contact" page!

What is the best time to leave a message on the site's chat?

The absolute best time is from 9am to an hour before closing time. But, feel free to leave a message at any time, we will get back to you as soon as we can!

Why do some cigar boxes have no lids?

We have to remove lids of some boxes to fit them on the rack in our physical store location. So during pictures for the online inventory some do not have lids because of this. Though, when we get more the pictures will be replaced!
